1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Let’s Broach provides:

• counselling,
• psychoeducation,
• emotional wellness support,
• trauma-informed support,
• mindfulness-based support,
• relationship counselling,
• online therapy sessions,
• referrals where appropriate.

Services are educational and supportive in nature and may not substitute medical or psychiatric treatment.

2. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES

Therapy outcomes vary significantly between individuals.

No guarantees are made regarding:

• symptom reduction,
• emotional improvement,
• relationship outcomes,
• recovery,
• treatment success,
• behavioural changes.

Mental health treatment involves uncertainty and emotional complexity.

3. NOT EMERGENCY SERVICES

Let’s Broach is NOT:

• a suicide hotline,
• emergency psychiatry,
• inpatient care,
• emergency stabilization.

Users experiencing emergencies must contact:

• local emergency services,
• hospitals,
• crisis providers.

Immediate response cannot be guaranteed.

4. ELIGIBILITY

Users confirm that:

they are legally competent adults,
OR

have lawful guardian consent.

False representation may result in termination.

5. SESSION STRUCTURE

Sessions are generally:
40–50 minutes.

Clients agree:

• to attend punctually,
• remain sober,
• participate respectfully,
• avoid disruptive behavior.

Late arrival may shorten session duration.

6. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

48 hours notice required.

Late cancellations are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling permitted only before 48 hours.

Rescheduled sessions must occur within 10 days.

Repeated cancellations may result in service refusal.

7. REFUND POLICY

Payments are generally non-refundable once booked.

Refunds are not guaranteed except where legally required.

Administrative or banking charges may be deducted where applicable.

8. COMMUNICATION POLICY

WhatsApp and email may be used for:

• scheduling,
• coordination,
• limited support communication.

Clients acknowledge these platforms are not crisis-response systems.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users may not:

• harass therapists,
• threaten staff,
• stalk providers,
• misuse emotional dependency,
• secretly record sessions,
• distribute therapy materials,
• impersonate others,
• engage in unlawful conduct.

Violation may result in immediate termination.

10. RECORDING POLICY

Recording sessions without written consent is prohibited.

Unauthorized recording may result in:

• termination,
• legal action,
• reporting where appropriate.

11. THERAPIST DISCRETION

Let’s Broach reserves the right to:

• refuse services,
• terminate services,
• refer clients elsewhere,
• suspend communication,

where clinically, ethically, or legally appropriate.

12. ONLINE COUNSELLING LIMITATIONS

Users acknowledge:

• internet interruptions may occur,
• emergencies may not be manageable remotely,
• confidentiality risks exist online,
• cross-border legal limitations exist.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content remains intellectual property of Let’s Broach.

Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for interruptions caused by:

• internet failures,
• cyberattacks,
• pandemics,
• natural disasters,
• power outages,
• government actions,
• platform outages.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Let’s Broach shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages,
• emotional distress,
• technology failures,
• client decisions,
• service interruptions,
• third-party actions.

Liability shall not exceed fees paid where legally permissible.

16. INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify Let’s Broach against claims arising from:

• misuse,
• unlawful activity,
• violation of terms,
• false disclosures,
• unauthorized recording/sharing.

17. TERMINATION

Services may be terminated where:

• abuse occurs,
• boundaries are violated,
• payment defaults occur,
• safety concerns arise,
• legal concerns arise.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution first.

Noida Courts / Delhi Courts

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

20. MODIFICATIONS

Terms may be modified periodically.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
