About Us

Not Everything Needs Fixing. Some Things Need Saying.

This isn’t just a mental wellness platform.

It’s a space for the conversations you’ve been postponing.

Why “Let’s Broach”?

Let’s Broach was created with a simple understanding—
that most people are not looking for advice.
They are looking for clarity.
For relief.
For a space where things finally make sense.

The name “Let’s Broach” comes from the idea of broaching a conversation
to gently begin speaking about something that has been difficult, avoided,or left unspoken for too long.
It represents that first moment of honesty—when something internal is finally given words.

It exists for the conversations you’ve been holding back—
the ones you’ve rehearsed, softened, or avoided altogether.

This is not a space built on rigid structures or fixed methods.
It is a space that adapts to you.

Where science supports the process,
but doesn’t take away from your individuality.

Where emotions are not labelled too quickly,
but understood in their full depth.

About the Founder

Priyamvada Srivastava is the founder of Let’s Broach, a mental wellness platform created to hold space for honest conversations, emotional clarity, and meaningful psychological work.

She brings nearly two decades of experience working with individuals, couples, and families across diverse emotional and cultural contexts, with a global presence spanning multiple countries.

Her work extends beyond private practice. She serves as an External Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the Indian Army and has been associated with multiple reputed organisations and NGOs, contributing to mental health awareness and emotional wellbeing initiatives at scale.

She has been featured as a Mental Health Expert on Big FM and has spoken on platforms such as TEDx and Josh Talks, where she focuses on emotional awareness, psychological wellbeing, and human behaviour in everyday life.

Her work and impact have been recognised through multiple honours, including OXFAA ICON, Women Face 2023, and Influential Personality 2024, reflecting her contribution to mental health advocacy and public engagement.

Alongside her clinical and advocacy work, she is also an author and a trained Cyber Lawyer, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to her understanding of human behaviour in both real and digital spaces.

At the core of her approach is a simple belief:
people do not always need advice—they need understanding.
Her approach is not about giving answers.
It is about helping you ask better, more honest questions—
and creating a space where those answers can emerge naturally.

Her work integrates evidence-based psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and depth-oriented psychological exploration. However, her approach is never rigid—it adapts to the individual, their emotional world, and their pace of readiness.

What defines her practice is not just expertise, but the ability to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and deeply human—where individuals can move from emotional confusion to clarity, and from awareness to meaningful change.

What happens here

Somewhere between structured psychotherapy and unfiltered conversation—something shifts.

This space brings together:

✦ The rigor of psychological science
✦ The depth of therapeutic work
✦ The openness of honest dialogue

It is not about quick fixes. And it is not about surface-level advice.

It is about:

✦ Noticing patterns you didn’t realise you were repeating
✦ Understanding emotions you’ve been calling “overthinking”
✦ Reconnecting with parts of yourself you’ve slowly tuned out

Sometimes, it’s just one conversation that changes how you see everything that came before it.

✦ WHY “LET’S BROACH”

Because the hardest part
isn’t healing.

It’s starting.

Starting the conversation.
Saying the thing.
Admitting something feels off—
even when everything looks fine.

Let’s Broach exists for that moment.

A confidential, non-judgmental, deeply human space where you don’t need to arrive with clarity— you just need to arrive.
✦ PHILOSOPHY

Therapy that feels
human first.

A space built around emotional honesty, thoughtful support, and meaningful conversations — without judgment, performance, or pressure to appear “fine.”
