Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 08/05/2026

This policy governs cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and no-show procedures for services booked through Let’s Broach.

1. SESSION BOOKINGS

Sessions are considered confirmed after:

  • appointment acceptance,
  • payment confirmation where applicable.

2. CANCELLATION WINDOW

Clients must provide at least:
48 hours notice

for cancellation or rescheduling requests.

3. RESCHEDULING POLICY

Rescheduling may be permitted where:

  • notice is provided before 48 hours,
  • therapist availability exists.

Rescheduled sessions must be completed within:
10 calendar days.

Repeated rescheduling may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. LATE CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made within 48 hours are treated as late cancellations and are generally non-refundable.

5. NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to attend scheduled appointments without notice will be treated as a “No Show”.

No-show appointments are:

  • non-refundable,
  • non-transferable.

Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services.

6. REFUND POLICY

Payments are generally non-refundable after booking confirmation.

Refunds may be considered only:

  • at therapist discretion,
  • where legally required,
  • in exceptional administrative circumstances.

Banking or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.

7. THERAPIST CANCELLATIONS

If Let’s Broach cancels a session:

  • rescheduling may be offered,
  • alternative timing may be provided,
  • refunds may be considered where appropriate.

8. TECHNOLOGY FAILURES

Where sessions are interrupted due to major technological failures:

  • partial continuation,
  • rescheduling,
  • or adjusted session arrangements

may be considered at therapist discretion.

9. EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS

Exceptions may occasionally be considered in genuine emergencies.

Approval remains solely at therapist discretion.

10. PAYMENT METHODS

Payments may be accepted through:

  • UPI,
  • account transfer,
  • approved payment systems.

11. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

This policy may be updated periodically.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised policies.
